I am so happy when I meet new people and we just click.
That’s how I met Camilla. I was in the queue for one of the London Fashion Week shows and I heard a girl speaking Italian. Straight away I introduced myself and we had a nice chat. Then we accidentally met in Milan, so we decided to plan our meeting in Paris.
Camilla introduced me to Francesca and Lucia. I felt then that we were so on the same vibe of fashion week, Paris and being creative. We went for a couple of shows together and we decided to meet up early in the morning, when Paris is still awakening, and take perfect shots of ourselves in front of the famous blue door at Chanel Boutique on Place Vendôme! We also invited Sana, who is a lovely girl and a professional photographer living in Paris.
It was such a great experience and we were super productive, helping each other and producing behind the scenes videos. It was total blogger happiness: we all knew what we needed and we were helping each other instead of being rivals which is so common in the industry. A true moment of girls empowering each other, without any hint of rivalry. Just support. We lifted each other on to higher plains at that moment.
Furthermore we decided to go for a nice breakfast to celebrate! Francesca chose Café Pouchkine. In there I felt like I was living within the pages of a classic Russian novel describing the lifestyle of Russian aristocrats in Paris. We were indeed like five of these gracious people having a nice déjeuner à la russe. Great times!
So here is my little diary of that wonderful morning in Paris.
